Jawaharlal Institute of Engineering, Borawan is a pioneer institute in the field of technical education in the region and it is our duty to enrich the students of this area with required knowledge and skill sets. JIT takes a lot of initiatives for this purpose and one of them is finding out extraordinary students and nurturing them to become one of the best in their respective fields. Such as Maths Olympiad.
A Mathematical Olympiad is a problem solving competition open to all "mathletes". The aim of the competition is to test innate problem solving skills. The problems are restricted to those that require minimal background and high ingenuity. Since one of the goals of this Olympiad is to identify talent at a young age, this Olympiad is usually restricted to students not yet admitted to any undergraduate programme.
I invite all the students of your institution to participate in this mega event and compete with one of the best brains. Your cooperation in this regard is expected and I hope for maximum participation from your school.
